Whenever I have my charger plugged in, I'm getting shocked by parts of the engine. Obviously a ground has come loose. Any idea epwhere that ground is or what other steps I can take to fix this problem?

Your married now, so you won't be using the boat much anyway so it really doesn't matter. But likes Yates said "unplug it".

What kind of motor ?  My Merc did this a few years ago and I found the wire to the starter was loose and some of the connections inside the cowling had came apart.
