if yoyr tow vehicle has a fuse box under the hood on the fider well then the fuse for trailer lights is there. This is always true for Ford

thanks for all the suggestions.  All my fuses were ok and my wiring harness and plugs were all tightly fastened.  Apparently Im losing power somewhere from the fuse back?  There is a mechanic next to my check cashing store who is going to fix me up tomorrow before work.

Mine did the same thing. It was the ground wire.

Please get those fixed so we dont have to listen to your hazard lights. That bout drove me crazy on the way to lewisville the other morning.

I kid, I kid ... that is a weird situation with those stupid things, but seriously, fix em'. Grin

I got them east dallas fixed.  They bypassed trailor harness and put a patch from the rear lights straight to the plug.

I've had to east dallas fix my lights before.  Sometimes the damn manufacturer does not want you to figure out where their fuse is for that back trailer plug.

Another thing is if you have swing away tongue the wires can get flattened if you don't pay attention  when you swing it back. I know from expierience.

Hugo, at least I STILL don't live on the south side.  You would think you would do your kiddo a favor and move some place where they don't steal your rods out of your front yard.
