They make jb weld for plastic I think.

Aquarium silicone would be the simplest fix to stop the leak. It is different from the regular silicone you get at the hardware stores.

Walmart sells it.

melt down all those tore up plastics in your boat and seal it up Grin

Glassing it would be the right way to do it
