6 new pistons $616
sleeve $89
new bearings $150
new oil pump
gaskets and seals $138
new water impeller $90
machine shop $630
had cylinders bored .20
new stator $395
lude $22

I did pay a mechanic to help as needed with specilaity tools, advice and use of the shop
I have a total of 2900 in it. And I have learned a ton about outboards. May not have saved a bunch of money but it was worth it for me and I saved money over the original estimates I got.(6000 to 8000)

The guys at Texas Motor Works in Grand Prairie were a great help and resource.
