The warehouse is at the intersection of Carroll Ave and Columbia, 3 blocks north of interstate 30.  3 minutes East of Downtown dallas.  Its previously been used to store liquor, wine, vehicles, and furniture.

2500 square feet

48 x 51

14ft high ceilings

Gated Entrance

24hr security

$750.00 a month

I used it for a while.  Worked great for me.  Also came with onsite 24 hour security.  And yes, it is very inexpensive.

Been there many time. My buddy rents d shop directly behind Big Jims.  Is that one eyed black dude still the patrol there
