Who makes a good tire at a FAIR price.  I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra and I want some All Terrain or Off Road tires but I am a tire idiot.  The truck came with BF Goodrich, I replaced them with Firestones and now I am needing another set.  ANy suggestions???

BF Goodrich ATKO is probably the most popular A/T.

I have a set of Falken Rocky Mountian A/T. They are a little less aggressive than the BF Tire and a lot less $. I have liked them.

Don't buy a GoodYear, I never will again.

I have had the Good year Wranglers Silent Armour for 3 years now...as long as you keep them rotated and inflated properly you will not have problems.   I bought them because, every year we would go to the Mountains in Denver and the snow/rain/mud was terrible. I always had traction.

Brady, I have had great success with the Bridgestone Dueler A/T and the Nitto Terra Grapplers.

I do a lot of highway driving and never rotate my tires.  I always get over 50,000 miles on a set of either.  I like the Bridgestone the best of the two but both have given me great performance on and off road.  They also perform exceptionally well on wet roads.

I always go with E rated tires for my trucks -- even when I drove a half ton.

I have had the BFG's and the GoodYear AT's, I found some generic AT's from a tire shop in Garland and I paid 425.00 for 4 new tires, mounted, balanced with tax. I have gotten roughly 55,000 miles on them and I only rotated them 2 times. I still have about 25% left and will be getting another pair when these are done. No name brand on them but they have roughly the same tread pattern as the BFG's and are half the price. I run 275's on my truck and they do just fine in the mud. The tire shop is at the corner of Beltline and Buckingham right next to McDonald's.

I work down the street from this place and they are always packed with customers.  Brady, come on over and we can grab lunch while they are putting 26's on your whip.

Thanks for the advice guys.  I went ahead and got some BF Goodrich AT tires.  They were a little more than I wanted, but they look good and ride fine.
