How do they compare to the KVD Stike King square bills?  Anyone use these?

Rick,

I bought a couple of the Spros but have not used them yet. Looking forward to it. The regular Spro Little John is a fish catcher.

Jim - What are some of your favorite models of the Brains CBs?  Mainly for shallow water and the mid-depth range.

At tough lakes like Texoma or Travis i used the Johnny Bee. It has a fat head, yet a slightly skinnier body than either a B2 or B3 which are the other 2 i use. When they are negative, it still catches them.

I gotta be honest, i only throw $20.00 baits that run less than the length of my rod, Friggin HATE to lose them! Went swimming for one in the red river at Texoma day before the TTT i won up there. It was worth it too. Grin

Balsa just rocks!!

I boated alot of my fish last year on the Spro Fat John, the bait runs a little deeper than most other square bills out there. At this time they don't have a rattle in them and I truly believe that is a bonus at times. They are a litlle frustrating at times around wood, but it's worth it. Very well made lure with great components and color options. Under certain situations the Spro Fat John is the only square bill for me! The deep diver is the ticket for catching them deep and your body will thank you, give them a try!
