1998 Lance Cab-over Squire 9'10" extended cab. Has wood floors, flat screen tv, shower and toilet, queen bed, fold down bunk bed, and table with folding bed. Working sink, shoer, toilet, hot water, furnace (heat), cd player, NEW fridge with warranty! A/C unit top which work great. It has a place for a generator, but it has been removed. New outside lights and new sink faucet. Headliner does have rip in it above the bed area. There is NO water leaks at all! Also have bed mounting equipment, which I can install for whom ever buys it.
