Keep in mind that the old string kind can and will do damage to their slime coat as well. The rubberized versions are the way to go. I just wish  they made one that is a little deeper in the middle. Keeps hooks from getting tangled up in them as well. Texas Parks and Wildlife also has some good soft mesh one's that they use for work. Going to start using those for weigh-in purposes if I can find one big enough.

Thank you again for coming to talk to us yesterday evening at Tarrant Christian Bass Club.  I'll be changing out my net to rubber before the next tournament.
