I sure am hoping that the rain this week brings it up at least another foot.

Anyone have a report on how it affected other local lakes?

Lavon was at 479.17 and is now at 479.65, so it is about 1/2 a foot up.

I was browsing a few lakes the other day and saw where Ivie hit the 18% full mark. That lake better get some rain or its going to get really ugly. I think Hubbard actually logged the most in the area.

Rain is in the forecast for most of the end of the week and into next week. Good percentages but let's see if it happens. Any rain we get is destined to end up in the lakes as the ground is still soggy and wet.

One of the good things is the creeks are running. I have not seen that in several months. East Fork of the Trinty was running north of McKinney this afternoon. And we know Lavon needs all it can get. Now if we could get a couple of  turd floaters we will be doing OK!!!

Mike,

Water at RC appears to be up over a foot or more.

I think we are going to get a little more rise in the level after the rain in the forcast.  I hope it comes up another foot.

Current level is 430.06 or 5.44 ft low and dropping. Storms coming through tonight are supposed to be pretty quick but with the ground already being saturated, most of any rain fall should be runoff. We need it so bring the rain. On the downside, gonna have to find another place to ride four wheelers.
