I recently had an issue with a lot of Roboworms. I contacted them last week via email and they contacted me via cell phone within half a day. Roboworm asked me roughly what I had as far as baits and they replaced them no questions asked. They even sent me a UPS shipping label to return the baits I still had with the issues.

All I can say is thanks to Randy Yamanouye of Roboworm for the great service, I will be a customer for life.

Roboworms will be my bait of choice from now on for all my drop shotting and shakey head needs.

Last year at the Texas BassCat event, Roboworms gave 200 FULL BAGS of worms to our tournament.  Needless to say, they apparently are a great company!!

Keenen, I dont think you can blame your lack of fish catching skills on Roboworm... but hey if they fell for it then good for you...

Thomas, I guess 200 full bags is better then 200 partially full bags  Grin

Mcclain, when randy taylor starts beating me with my own technique on the drop shot, I knew something was terribly wrong  Shocked

personally, Ive never caught a single fish using roboworms.  Grin

Nice to hear a report of good Customer Service.  That lets you know they really believe in their product if they are willing to back it up like that.  Great plastics by the way.
