We had our annual Open tournament last Saturday. We moved the tournament to January this year and still had an impressive 30 boats come out to join us. Fishing was tough for the most part, but some people figured them out. Congratulations to Shawn and Alec Castonguay on their victory with an impressive 21.66 sack. Here are the full results.

We saw Jerry and John on the water and Jerry said they had two for about 6. They weighed 5.97. Good scale in that arm Jerry.



Ronnie Pettis and Johnny Reed got the last check with their 3 fish stringer.



Vince with a nice 5 pounder.



Jimmy and Chance got 4th with 10 pounds even with just 2 fish. One was a nice 6.18



David Simmons and Justin Garrett got 2nd Big Bass with this 6.75.



Shane Henderson and Chadd Dearen got second place with 18.19 on just 4 fish!



It was helped by Big Bass of the Tournament, an 8.60 that Chadd caught on a crankbait. Smile Chadd, that's a toad!



And here are our winners. Just one of two limits on the day and we hear a last minute catch on number 5. Great way to start the year. Shawn and Alec Castonguay with 5 for 21.66.
