I see the eye of this depression is going right over the top of Choke, so it's not going to catch much of the rain. Probably wouldn't matter, they would dump it all into the bay anyhow, just like they have done 3 times already this year. The lakes had enough run off to fill 3 times, they have dumped it 3 times. The powers that be do not want this lake full again? You guys in north Tx. ever have issues like this with Gov't entities?
