My 2003 Yamaha 250 HPDI with all wiring and gauges?  around 300 hours, cowling is in ok shape, runs very well, has had some work done to it by Rockwall Marine.  Just a ball park..

I was talking to a crabber and he sells his motors at around 3000 hours. looks like you have plenty of time left on that one. My last chanpion had over 800, never mind it blew less than 100 hours later for some reason. I think you will be in the $4500-5500 range. Dont think you will get close to what it is actually worth, but you know that already

send it to HydrTech Marine, Thomas. Have them go through it and rework it with a Phase III kit. I can help you remove it, crate it, and ship it - if it comes to that. FedEx freight is here daily.
